Global publishing. Kept
360 World Music is a BMI-registered music publisher. We register compositions, license songs for film and TV, and collect royalties worldwide for the AITCH IP Holdings music catalog.
Publisher of record.
360 World Music is the family’s in-house publisher. We’re owned by AITCH IP Holdings, who owns the music catalog; we do the work of turning that catalog into income. Our sister/production company Global Music Group (GMG) writes and records the music; we register the compositions with BMI and run them through the rights, licensing, and royalty pipeline from there.
Publishing is what we do. We file writer and publisher splits, pitch and clear sync placements for film, TV, advertising, and brand work, and collect mechanical and performance royalties worldwide. The Group's music catalog is administered through formal licensing agreements with BMI, SoundExchange, LyricFind, TouchTunes, Mood Media, Spectrio, the Mechanical Licensing Collective, and other music industry partners.
Every song and every master GMG delivers is owned by 360 World Music — not by the individual producer, engineer, or AI platform that helped make it. That keeps the catalog clean and keeps the rights in one place.

Revenue streams.
Radio, streaming, live performance, and international PRO reciprocals — collected through BMI and partner societies worldwide.
Per-use placements in film, TV, advertising, games, and brand work — licensed directly, with no blanket deals.
Physical sales, downloads, and streaming mechanicals — collected through the MLC in the US and societies abroad.
Interactive and non-interactive streaming revenue, tracked across the major digital platforms.
Digital performance royalties on the master side — satellite radio, webcasts, and non-interactive streaming.
Ongoing audits of platform and society statements, with claims filed on unmatched or mis-credited royalties.
How royalties flow.
BMI performance, sync, mechanical, and streaming royalties are collected worldwide under 360 World Music’s publishing agreements.
Operating expenses and production fees payable to Global Music Group are deducted in a monthly reconciliation.
The agreed royalty share is remitted upstream to AITCH IP Holdings each quarter, within 30 days of quarter end.
An itemized royalty statement — broken out by revenue source — is delivered to AITCH IP Holdings with every remittance.
